| Watches or captures the images of women or has her picture of her engaged in such private act or circulated the same in such private acts. |
| While she is occupied in private acts under circumstances wherein she might not have any reason to suspect that she is being observed either by such an offender or any other person on the requests/orders of such offender. |

Punishment
On the first conviction: Imprisonment of either description not less than one year but may extend to 3 years along with fine. On the subsequent conviction :Imprisonment of either description not less than 3 years but may extend upto 7 years along with fine.
